• Membership Agreement and nonrefundable fee are due on or before October 20, 2019 by 9:30 p.m.. 

• You will incur a $25 late fee for Agreements and Fees submitted thereafter.

• You will not have access to the Member Portal until your Membership Agreement has been completed and your Membership Fee has been paid.  

• For Membership Fees still outstanding after October 25, 2019, you will need to schedule an appointment with chair@olneyballettheatre.org.

• Your “Membership Fee” is a TAX DEDUCTIBLE CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTION

• Membership Fees are as follows:

• $115 Angel ONLY Membership Fee

• $75 Additional Dancer Membership Fee

• $300 Family Membership Fee
